Job Description

As a Revit MEP Technician, you will be an integral part of the team, working on high-profile projects and acting as a BIM expert for clients and colleagues alike. This position not only offers exciting project work but also the opportunity to grow into leadership roles, with fast-tracked career progression towards Principal level.

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the BIM point of contact for clients and internal teams.
  • Lead and participate in coordination meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior team members, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to create accurate and innovative designs using Revit MEP.
  • Provide expert technical support on BIM processes and workflows.
  • Develop client-facing skills with the support of directors to expand into business development if desired.

Job Requirements :

We are looking for a Revit expert with a passion for delivering exceptional design and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience using Revit MEP within a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM processes and the ability to provide technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and leading project meetings.
  • A desire to mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
