Job Description

As a Revit MEP Technician, you will be an integral part of the team, working on high-profile projects and acting as a BIM expert for clients and colleagues alike. This position not only offers exciting project work but also the opportunity to grow into leadership roles, with fast-tracked career progression towards Principal level.

Job Responsibilities :

Serve as the BIM point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Lead and participate in coordination meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.
Oversee and review the work of junior team members, ensuring compliance with standards.
Work closely with engineers and designers to create accurate and innovative designs using Revit MEP.
Provide expert technical support on BIM processes and workflows.
Develop client-facing skills with the support of directors to expand into business development if desired.

Job Requirements :

We are looking for a Revit expert with a passion for delivering exceptional design and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience using Revit MEP within a professional setting.
Strong knowledge of BIM processes and the ability to provide technical leadership.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality work.
Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and leading project meetings.
A desire to mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
